Heather Vescio
Founder, Crux Intel
Heather Vescio built her foundation at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), where she served as adjunct faculty and was repeatedly deployed on the Bureau’s most sensitive and high-stakes matters, including covert and undercover operations—many of which remain classified. During her tenure, she worked hundreds of complex cases involving Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC), white-collar fraud, and high-profile terrorism, providing advanced forensic analysis and expert testimony in grand jury and trial proceedings.

After the FBI, Heather led internal investigations for a Fortune 50 company, gaining rare insider knowledge of how powerful institutions manage risk, control narratives, and quietly shield themselves from exposure.

She now focuses exclusively on capital murder, federal defense, high-stakes criminal cases and complex civil litigation. Working alongside counsel, Heather brings an uncommon, insider’s understanding of how cases are built—and where they fail. While she cannot accept every matter presented to her, she conducts a thorough, good-faith assessment of each case to determine whether her involvement can meaningfully impact the case.
